Delivery and Returns

Delivery

Our standard delivery method (UK) is Royal Mail second class (£3.10) for most parcels up to 2Kg. Heavier parcels increment by £3 for every extra 2Kg of weight. If you need your order delivered on or by a certain date please contact us for a bespoke shipping quote and to ensure items can arrive when required.

lInternational delivery is based on the best available rate by either ParcelForce Worldwide or Royal Mail. If you have any special requests please contact us.

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
